Health and safety is a serious part of any business, having a robust Risk Management process, coupled with behavioral based initiatives, and extensive training in HSES, Brygate Ltd have made significant step changes in reducing incidents and injuries while increasing knowledge, understanding and participation in HSES throughout the organisation.
Brygat Ltd has instructed an organisation called HS Direct which offers Health and Safety Advisor/s via our system of works allowing reactive mobilisation for all projects.
HSES leading indicators are monitored and measured monthly, which includes the following items:

Attendance of zone meetings in any location

Attendance of LST meetings in any location

Tool box talk attendance/lead

Completion of Manager Talking About Safety – behavioural based conversation system
