A straight forward fire escape staircase is always welcome, however this project proved to be extremely difficult due to the ground level and objects at the side of the building hampering the main design. With 4/5 design changes and the extra hours implemented by our class 3 fabricators, two sets of staircases were complete and prepared to be galvanised. Brygate operatives installed one staircase at a time, using a hiab lorry to fix and hold while positioning the staircase to the correct level using precise measurements. M2 Interior is happy with the completed works, the complete package was to source material, fabricate, deliver and install onsite at Hawley Mill, Dartford. Brygate look forward to working with M2 Interior in the future.
